Basic parameters:
Lifting weight: The general lifting weight is between 0.5 tons and 10 tons, and the commonly used specifications are 0.5 tons, 1 tons, 2 tons, 3 tons, 5 tons and 10 tons.
Span: The span is usually in the range of 3 meters to 16 meters.
Operation speed: ground operation speed is generally 20m/min or 30m/min; If it is a remote control operation, the running speed can be determined according to the actual needs of the user, but generally not more than 45m/min.
Lifting height: The common lifting height is 6 meters, 9 meters, 12 meters, 18 meters, etc.
Structure composition:
Bridge: also known as metal structure, is the main carrying part of the crane, usually made of high-quality steel, with enough strength and stiffness to ensure the stability of the crane in the working process.
Electric hoist: As a lifting mechanism, it is a key component to achieve heavy lifting and lowering. LX type electric suspension crane is often used with CD, MD and other types of electric hoist, CD type is a single-speed electric hoist, MD type is a two-speed electric hoist, users can choose according to different work needs.
Operating mechanism: including large vehicle operating mechanism and small vehicle operating mechanism. The big car running mechanism is used to make the crane move in the horizontal direction on the track, and the small car running mechanism is responsible for making the electric hoist move horizontally on the bridge, so as to realize the position adjustment of the heavy object in the horizontal direction.
Electrical equipment: mainly includes electric motor, control box, remote control (if there is a remote control function) and other electrical components, used to control various actions of the crane, such as lifting, falling, walking, etc.
Working environment:
Work level: Suitable for work level A3, A4 or A3-A5, which can meet the requirements of general industrial sites.
Temperature conditions: The working environment temperature is between -25ā and +40ā, in this temperature range, the crane can operate normally. If this temperature range is exceeded, it may affect the performance and service life of the crane.
Humidity conditions: Relative humidity is not greater than 85%, in a humid environment, the metal structure of the crane is easy to rust corrosion, electrical equipment may also be affected, so it needs to be used in a relatively dry environment.
Other conditions: It is suitable for working under environmental conditions without flammable, explosive and corrosive media to ensure the safe operation of the crane.
Application scenario: LX type electric suspension crane because of its compact structure, low building height requirements, flexible operation, easy to use and other advantages, widely used in machinery manufacturing, assembly workshop, warehouse, cave, factory, material yard and other places. For example, in the machinery manufacturing workshop, it can be used to lift processing parts, mechanical equipment, etc.; In the warehouse, it can be used for loading and unloading goods, handling materials, etc.
